Debby Sue Lowham

Debby Sue Lowham, age 65, died on November 6, 2020 at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah.  She was born on April 16, 1955 in Santa Barbara, California.  Daughter of Robert Millikin and Beverly Lux.
Debby grew up in California.  When she was 15, her family moved to Utah where she later graduated from West Jordan in 1973.  She moved to Kemmerer in 1976 where she met her husband, Kevin Lowham.  They were married on November 19, 1977.  She worked at First National Bank for a number of years before transitioning to a teacher's aide at the local Elementary School where she found her true passion.  She loved working and being around the kids.  She retired at the age of 62.
In her free time, Debby enjoyed doing puzzles, occasional trips to Wendover, going to horse racing, taking rides around town, and going to lunch with her friends.  She was actively involved in Kemmerer High School sports.  You could always find her in the stands at various events cheering on the home team.  But most of all, she enjoyed spending time with family, especially spoiling her grandkids, and sitting around the table playing cards.
She is survived by her husband Kevin Lowham of 43 years, Daughter Treasure (John) McPherson of Laramie, WY, Daughter Jamie (Shaun) Painter of Kemmerer, WY, Son Brandon (Rebecca) Lowham of Nashville, TN.  Seven grandchildren:  Breandon, Olivia, Kinzee, Katelyn, Gracee, Noah, and Savannah.  She is also survived by her three sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. 
She is preceded in death by her parents Robert Millikin and Beverly Lux.
Cremation has taken place.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 13, 2020 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. with Father Dave Erickson.  Masks and social distancing guidelines are REQUIRED to attend.  The service will be streamed Live on Facebook at the Ball Family Chapel’s Facebook page.
