Evan Lee Lewis, beloved  husband, brother, father, and grandfather passed away on July 17, 2023 at his home in Kemmerer, WY.

 

Evan was born on September 27, 1958 in Montpelier, Idaho the son of Aaron Lee and Marie Windley Lewis.  Evan was the youngest of 5 children.

 

When Evan was a very young his father passed away, then later on the family moved to Kemmerer, WY.

 

Evan graduated from Kemmerer High School and was active in wrestling.  He also attended college in Powell, WY for a short time.

 

Evan worked many jobs, and his passion was being outdoors.  He loved to hunt, fish, and go camping.  Evan also enjoyed visiting with many of his friends.  His love for his family and friends was very special and he let many know who listened to him.

 

Evan is survived by his wife, Carol (Kothe) Lewis, three sons, Jeremie (Tawny), Tristin (Dayna) and Aaron Lewis, two sisters, Mary (Andy) Yorgenson and Diane Caldwell.  He is survived by his step siblings, Fred and Gary Sebold, Terry (Paul) Mumby, Travy (Sue) Sebold, Tonya (Curt) Clausen, Tammy (Henry) Rutherford, Trudy (Larry) Dent and Tray Sebold. He is survived by his step children, Candy Mondy, Kaycee Grant, Katryna DeGraw and Christan Lewis.  He is survived by five grandchildren, Tailey, Cashten, Dempsee Lewis, Corey Lewis and Clayton Brix, and many step grandchildren.

Evan is preceded in death by his parents Aaron Lewis and Marie (Lewis) Sebold, a step father, Lewis Sebold and two sisters, Rita (Lewis) Sibbot and Carol A. Pitcher.

Evans wishes were to be cremted and no service to be held.  The family will take care of his ashes at a later date.
