Joyce Ilene Millich, 88, died Sunday, April 27, 2025, in Murray, Utah. She was born
October 4 , 1936, in Roy, Utah to Percy and Velma Burnett.
She married John Robert Millich on April 10", 1957, in Kemmerer, Wyoming. She
lived in Roy from 1936 to 1947 and then Kemmerer from 1957 to 2010 when she left
Kemmerer for Salt Lake City.
She was a devoted mother, wife, and a small business owner in Kemmerer. She was
a hard worker as the owner of Burnett's New Motel and Sage Bowling Lanes. She was also
an active member of the Kemmerer Women's Bowling Association.
Surviving are two sons and a daughter: Mr. Dee (Alisa) J. Millich, of Las Vegas, NV; Mr. John P. Millich
and Mrs. Debra (Jess) K. Winters both of Salt Lake City, UT.; Also surviving are 9 grandchildren:
Michelle and Jennifer Olsen, Jessica (Jolley) Griffin, Mrs. Laura (Quinn) Gleed, Mrs.
Kimberly (William) Thomas, Sarah Millich, Daphne and Murin Ludwig and Leo Winters. She
is also survived by 5 great grandchildren (as far as we know). She is also survived by a
sister, Mrs. Sharon Bartlett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Millich and two daughters,
Barbara Jean Olsen and Mary Ann Jolley. Her brother, Dee James Burnett, also preceded
her in death.
There will be a graveside service on Wednesday, May 7' in the Kemmerer Cemetery
beginning at 11 in the morning.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Ball Family Chapel.
