Juanita Ardis Lacey passed away on May 11, 2024 at the age of 95 at the South Lincoln Nursing Center in Kemmerer, Wy.
Juanita was born on July 17, 1928 in Bellefourche, South Dakota, the daughter of John T. and Lillie (Orem) Thompson. She was married to Pat Nolan Lacey on May 26, 1955 in Bellefourche, South Dakota. He preceded her in death on June 12, 2002.

"Nita" as she was commonly known as was a wonderful mother. She loved being with and spending time caring for animals. She worked at the Antler Motel for numerous years. She loved spending time scrapbooking and had many photographs that she had put into albums.

Juanita is survived by her son, John Lacey, of Round Mountain, Nevada, and two grandchildren, Eric Lacey and Janeel Lacey.

There will be a visitation at Ball Family Chapel on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 from 10:00 AM until 10:45 and graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM at the South Lincoln Cemetery, Kemmerer, WY. Interment will follow graveside services. Pastor Al Bella will officiate the graveside services.
