Larry Michael

Larry Michael, age 70 passed away from injuries sustained while working on his vehicle on Friday, May 25, 2018 at South Lincoln Medical Center in Kemmerer, Wy.  Larry was born on December 18, 1947 in Indianola, Iowa, the son of Norval J. and Mildred (Lathrop) Michael.  Larry worked as a mechanic for most of his life, and lived in LaBarge for numerous years.  He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and spending time traveling.  He enjoyed camping, and reading, and ...... he enjoyed beer. Larry served his country in the U.S. Air Force, and was released honorably. 

He is survived by his sisters, Diane Sweden, of W. Burlington, Iowa, and Mari Jane Michael, of Dallas, TX.; brothers, Gene (Kayla) Michael, of Martensdale, Iowa, and Craig Michael, of Des Moines, Iowa.  He is survived by nephews, Shawn, Jamie, Travis, and Toby.  He is also survived by his brother Gene's grandchildren, Troy, Tyler, and Josie.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services and military honors will be conducted on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. at the South Lincoln Cemetery, Kemmerer, WY. in the new Veterans Memorial section of the cemetery.
