Larry E Osterkamp, age 81, passed away at South Lincoln Nursing Center, in Kemmerer, Wyoming, on April 29, 2018. He was born on September 5, 1936 in Blunt, South Dakota, the son of John and Alta (Gandy) Osterkamp. He is survived by a niece, Nancy Feeley and a nephew, Jim Edinger both of Kemmerer, WY.
