Patricia Gail Burns

Patricia G. Burns, age 63, passed away at South Lincoln Medical Center in Kemmerer, WY. on September 17, 2014.  She was born on June 30, 1951 in Leaksville, North Carolina, the daughter of Phillip Douglas and Peggy June (Weadon) Rawlings.
She married Harry Douglas Burns on April 13, 1973 in Kemmerer, Wyoming.  Pat loved to crochet, sew, work on quilts, do crossword puzzles, and spend time traveling.  She especially enjoyed being around and spending time with her children, and grandchildren.  
She is survived by her husband, Harry Douglas Burns, of Opal, WY.; and children, Joseph (Linda) Burns, of Kemmerer, WY.; and Hope (Dan) Schmid, of LaBarge, WY.  She is survived by her grandchildren, Devin, Megan, Becca Burns, and Kris, Tim, and Tanner Ellis.  She is also survived by a brother, Mel Rawlings, of Opal, WY.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Phil and June Rawlings, and a sister, Beth.
Pat’s wishes were to be cremated, and private services will be held at a later date.
