Richard Ray Carroll

Loving Son, Brother, Father and Friend Richard Ray Carroll son of Jimmy Ray and Carol Mae Carroll Born May 26th 1974 passed away at his home on August 18th 2025. Richard enjoyed Karate and playing video games with his son. Richard was born in Granger, Utah he spent time growing up in states including Texas, Wyoming, and Utah. He graduated from Kemmerer High in (1992). His early adult life was spent in Utah where he graduated from tech school and started his career in auto body. He loved doing American Kenpo Karate in his free time where he trained countless of hours with his son and earned his blue belt under Master William Nieves from the Black Dragon American Kenpo Karate school. He spent his evenings studying, analyzing and playing his new favorite video games. Richard was a kind and respectful man who always greeted people with a smile. He wanted people to feel comfortable and to have a good time in his presence. One of his great qualities was to not make people feel judged and had a very open mind. He was a great father to his son Richard Ray Carroll Jr. and would treat any other kid like his own. He spent his last years living in Kemmerer, Wyoming where he continued his career in auto body and spending time with his sister. Richard was preceded in death by his father. He is Survived by his Mother Carol Carroll Of St.George Utah..His Sister Linda Lee ( Joe ) Slovernick of Kemmerer Wyoming, Brother's Brian Lynn Rasmussen of Washington, Christopher Shane (Heather) Carroll of Idaho. Son Richie Ray ( Mikayla) Carroll of Utah.. His Two Nephew Scott Wesley Harris of Kemmerer, Wyoming and Kyle Kae (Kayla Harris of Sherdian Wyoming. Rest in peace Richard Ray Carroll.
